We’re definitely not convinced that a new car is built by the Company which physically builds it before sale, but we think that a non-new car (or a low-cost new car) is “built” by the vendor.
All this means that, as far as the cars we trade are concerned, any eventual imperfection and/or problem would be –rightly- our responsibility. But this also means that, if the car satisfies completely our customer, and he fully trusts us, he recognises his satisfaction as our merit, and promotes our image to a large number of people, becoming himself our best public investment.
So, which is our final target?
Simply we’d like that any customer (the one who buys a 10.000 Euro Car as well as the one who buys a 100.000 Euro one) is satisfied as we would like him to be.
